Ouis Edward Henneke, a loving husband and father, retired owner of an emergency services software company, avid boater and fisherman, died on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at the age of 73 at his home in Edgewater, Maryland. Born on March 8, 1949 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Edmund and Marguerite Henneke, he graduated from the University of Maryland in 1971. Lou embarked on a career of computer software development, eventually, along with his partner, forming Public Safety Systems Inc. in 1984. PSSI provided emergency software systems for police, fire, and EMT services. These systems were installed throughout the country.
